About the Training:
The aim of state and district component leadership is to provide excellent stewarding of existing music programs, as well as the championing of better and opportunities for aspiring musicians. This requires leaders to be efficient organizers of persons, resources, and projects, in addition to being able to plan paths to fulfilling the vision of a better tomorrow for music education in Florida

This professional development opportunity will ensure that current and future leaders will have the necessary communication, team-building, problem-solving, project management, and fiduciary/financial management skills to find success in their position

Schedule Overview:
Monday, July 8: Begin at 10:00 a.m.; lunch and dinner included
Tuesday, July 9: Full-day scheduled; breakfast, lunch and dinner included
Wednesday, July 10: Training concludes by 11:30 a.m.; breakfast included

Limited Participation and Cost
